 Website Purchase Policy

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name (name on your passport/ ID), phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct. 

_Diamond Boutique reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

_By making an offer to purchase items through the Site, you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and, where Diamond Boutique feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

_Furthermore, Diamond Boutique reserves the right to not accept your Online Order for any reason in our sole discretion including, but not limited to, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, unable to obtain authorisation of the refund verification process, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that an item ordered is out of stock, an item does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or there is a clear pricing error in relation to an item


Diamond Boutique accepts payments via credit/visa card as well as direct bank transfer by Australian bank account owners. For direct bank transfers, after placing the order you will receive instructions with our bank account information. An invoice will also be sent with your package. However, in case the payment amount is not transferred to our bank account within 7 banking days after receiving the order confirmation, Diamond Boutique has the right to cancel your order.


We offer shipping within Australia only…International shipping is not available. 

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address stated in your order. Domestic orders shipped by standard shipping should arrive within 7 business days of the shipping date. If you choose Express Post, the delivery estimate is 1-3 business days. Custom made orders may take up to 90 business days to produce before shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order is sent.


Due to covid-19, we are currently experiencing significant delays in shipping times. We highly recommend upgrading to Express Post to ensure your order is delivered as fast as possible. Updated delivery time frames for orders within Australia are 5-10 business days for our standard shipping and 1-5 business days for Express Post.

Return and Exchange

Your rights specified in this section are in addition to your rights under the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law. At Diamond Boutique, we take pride in our products and strive to keep our customers happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have a change of mind you can exchange it for another product or store credit within 30 days. For any faulty goods you will receive a full refund. Please notify us via email within 7 days of the date goods are received by you of your intent to return your item(s). In this case, items must be in their original condition and sent promptly with the original receipt by mailing back to Diamond Boutique (Shop 141, Mode 3 Building, 24 Lonsdale Street Braddon ACT, 2612). You agree to bear any cost or damage incurred by Diamond  Boutique if the products (including any packaging) are damaged upon their return to us. Once the items have been received and confirmed by us, the full cost of your order will be credited to your store account or refunded to you within 3 business days. Please note that all purchases made by card including debit card, wanting a refund can only be refunded onto the original card of purchase.


Diamond Boutique will NOT provide exchanges the below cases:

  • Due to health and hygiene reasons, we will not accept exchanges for earrings. 
  • CUSTOM MADE / SPECIAL ORDERED jewellery or altered jewellery and watches.
  • Products which are sold as ‘Sale’ or ‘Clearance’ stock and are noted to be sold in ‘as is’ condition.
  • Privacy and Security

We may use personal information you have provided to us, including your email address, to provide you with information in relation to new or updated products or services or special offers, promotions or competitions in which you may be interested.

If at any time you do not wish to receive such information from us, you may ask us to remove your name from our list by contacting us using our contact details below. Alternatively, if we send you such information by email, you can use the unsubscribe function in the email to inform us that you do not wish to receive such information from us by email.

We will not provide any information regarding any Online Order or in-store purchase to any person unless that person is the person named on the receipt for the Online Order or in-store purchase or we are required to by law, or as reasonably required for us to report a crime or criminal activity to a government agency or department.
