CAD, otherwise known as Computer Aided Design, is computer software which renders a 3 dimensional picture of the masterpiece you wish to have created. This is a useful tool for those that find it difficult to interpret or visualise our jeweller’s two dimensional drawings as a three dimensional object.

Our redesign specialist has a talent for seeing potential in things others may not. If you wish to repurpose your existing metal and gemstones, whilst seeing a true artist at work, make an appointment to discover how we can create a new unique piece for you.
Our on-site jewellers can restore your pieces to their former glory. Cleaning and rhodium plating are our most popular services, these can normally be completed same day. Ring resizing and chain repairs can normally be completed within 24 hours. For repairs such as stone tightening estimates and time frames can be given upon inspection. It is not necessary to book an appointment to talk to us about your repairs, walk in at your convenience.
Diamond boutique holds a second hand dealers licence. This gives us the ability to purchase and sell second hand items through lawful processes. We have a very strict purchase criteria and each item is assessed on a case by case basis.
